Situated at the foot of Mont Ventoux, Venasque is a picturesque perched village classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France", overlooking the Nesque valley and the Carpentras plain.
Whether you're a nature lover or looking for a change of scenery and tranquility, Mas Haute Garrigues is a haven of peace.

Adjoining a single-family dwelling, but not overlooked, it is nestled in a green setting, and its enclosed garden is closed by an electric gate for your safety.
Several parking spaces are available, shaded by trees.

With room for up to 10 guests, there's something for everyone:
- In the gaming room with table tennis and outdoor games,
- By the Piscine on a deckchair, lulled by the song of the cicadas,
- On the sofa in the library lounge, with background music,
- In the Telework office with a direct view of the garden and Piscine,

The alarm-protected 11x6m swimming pool, open from May to September, is surrounded by sun loungers.

The house comprises:
On the first floor, an air-conditioned, well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee maker...)
A living room with TV, sofa and wood-burning stove. A pleasant vaulted dining room opening onto the terrace.
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC.

3 bedrooms on the 1st floor (2 beds 160x200cm and 2 beds 90x200cm), one of which is air-conditioned and has its own shower room/wc.
1 separate shower room/wc.
Relaxing lounge with library, games, DVD, stereo.
A study.

2nd floor: air-conditioned bedroom (bed 180x200cm) with en-suite shower room/wc.

Outside, an independent air-conditioned studio in front of the Piscine with bed 160x200cm, shower room/wc and small kitchen.
An outdoor kitchen with garden furniture and a wood-fired barbecue.

Bed linen, towels, air conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning included. Pets not allowed. Baby bed and high chair available.
