Just 2 km from the charming City of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, famous for its antique shops and picturesque canals, this vacation home welcomes you to a verdant setting. Nestled in a lovely, shady, partly fenced park, with electric gate and private parking.

You'll enjoy a private, secure swimming pool (10x4.5 m, 1.50 m deep, 50 cm deck) equipped with alarm and fencing, ideal for cooling off in peace and quiet. Although semi-detached from the owner's house, the gîte enjoys total privacy. The Holiday cottage has a pleasant terrace opening onto the living room with TV. Garden furniture, deckchairs.

Inside, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, pod and filter coffee makers, washing machine) opens onto the convivial living space, with direct access to an interior courtyard with dining area.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with 2 single beds and one with a 160 cm double bed await you. A few steps lead up to the bathroom with corner bath, shower and WC. The house benefits from double glazing, underfloor cooling on the first floor and a cooling system in the bedrooms for pleasant nights in summer.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available on request. Baby bed available on request. Wifi access.

Please note: the road running alongside the property can cause noise pollution, as can the lively evenings of a neighboring Restaurant in July and August (until around midnight).
