For wine lovers, you'll be close to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, Gigondas and Beaumes-de-Venise.
Its geographical location close to Orange, Avignon and Carpentras will enable you to discover all the riches of the Vaucluse.

The house is set in the middle of nature, close to the freeway but without any nuisance, on a property that also includes the owners' house.
Independent and unoverlooked, this house is a cosy little nest where comfort and plenitude meet.

The private enclosed garden is planted with trees and shaded by a superb cedar. The terrace is convivial and comfortable with its lounge and shaded dining area with gas barbecue.

The house is on one level, with half-steps in the entrance.
The living room is bright and spacious, with separate areas for privacy. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped (table and 6 chairs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker...).
The air-conditioned lounge opens onto the living room, and is equipped with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, wifi.
2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x190cm and 1 bed 160x200cm), one of which is accessible from the relaxation area, with a desk for teleworking, air-conditioned.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
Separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
