The 300 m² enclosed grounds are perfect for enjoying the sunny days. An 11 m² terrace overlooking the garden is equipped with an outdoor dining table, plancha grill and parasol.

Comfortable, bright interior, veranda with relaxation area, living/dining room with bay window overlooking the veranda (TV, sofa and armchair, Wi-Fi connection, Bluetooth connected speaker). Fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, pod coffee maker, portable radio) patio door with direct access to terrace and garden view.

Sleeping area: 2 bedrooms: 1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds. Shower room. Separate WC.

Parking: 16.5 m² private garage (reverse entry), free communal parking lot approx. 50 m away with electric recharging points.
