You’ll have access to an enclosed yard of approximately 300 m², perfect for enjoying sunny days. An 11 m² patio, overlooking the garden, is furnished with a table for outdoor dining, a griddle, and a parasol.

The interior is comfortable and bright, featuring a veranda with a relaxation area, and a living/dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the veranda (TV, sofa, and armchair; Wi-Fi; Bluetooth-enabled speaker). The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, pod coffee maker, portable radio) French doors with direct access to the terrace and a view of the garden.

Sleeping areas: 2 bedrooms: 1 140-cm bed and 2 90-cm beds. Bathroom. Separate toilet.

Parking: 16.5 m² private garage (vehicle must be backed in), free municipal parking approximately 50 meters away with electric charging stations—a second free municipal parking lot with video surveillance is 100 meters from the holiday cottage.
