Entirely renovated and decorated by Nathalie, this farmhouse is ideal for rest and relaxation, and perfect for a successful stay with family or friends.

To the south, a large gravel terrace, partially shaded, with garden furniture and numerous cocooning nooks and crannies.
For your moments of relaxation: small private swimming pool (4x2.50m, depth 1.55 m, open from late May to September) protected by a manual roller shutter, sun loungers.
A shaded dining area with gas plancha is also available.

Inside, on the first floor, you'll find the living room, comprising :
- a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, small appliances...),
- a dining room with a large table and 6 chairs
- a living room with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker and fireplace.
- laundry room with washing machine
- separate toilet

First floor:
- 4 bedrooms (3 beds 140x190 cm and 1 bed 160x200), one with balcony.
- Bathroom with bath, large shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet with washbasin

Closed bicycle shed. Shaded parking. Electric gate.

1 dog accepted (15kg max.) with a supplement of €25 for the stay, to be paid on site to the owner. Cats not allowed.

Electric vehicle charging station 2.5km away.

Located at the foot of Mont-Ventoux and at the start of the Gorges de la Nesque, the village of City-sur-Auzon offers a wealth of Hiking and cycling trails.
