Built on a rocky plot overlooking the D21, the villa offers magnificent views of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux.

The 80 m² garden is not enclosed, but has a shaded area for your meals, with gas barbecue/plancha, parasol and lounge.

Beaumes-de-Venise is a village renowned for its vineyards and world-famous Muscat wine.
For hikers, there are numerous trails to discover the Dentelles de Montmirail, including one close to the gîte.

A garage with washing machine and freezer is at your disposal, as well as safe parking for your bicycles.

The single-storey villa is accessed by a few steps. It is fully air-conditioned (ducted), with room temperature control, and has electric roller shutters.
The spacious living room features a sitting area opening onto the terrace and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen.

The living room, with its 6-person sofa, glass coffee table and mirrored TV, is very comfortable. The kitchen with its central island extended by a table with 4 chairs is functional (oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, induction + gas hobs, thermomix, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge...).

2 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190 cm) with dressing room. Bathroom with shower, towel dryer and hairdryer. Separate toilet with washbasin. Office with sofa bed for 1 child (no extra charge).

Pets not allowed. High chair and cot available. Electricity recharging point, shops, restaurants and municipal swimming pool 1km away.
