Bernard and his wife open the doors to their brand-new, detached villa of incomparable charm, decorated and furnished with quality furniture. Bright and sunny most of the day, you can relax on its unoverlooked terrace planted with Mediterranean plants. Built on a rocky plot overlooking the D21, the villa offers a magnificent view of the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont-Ventoux.

The 80 m² garden is not enclosed, but has a shaded dining area with gas barbecue/plancha, parasol and lounge area. Beaumes-de-Venise is a village renowned for its vineyards and world-famous Muscat wine.
For Hiking enthusiasts, there are numerous trails to discover the Dentelles de Montmirail, one of which is close to the gîte. A garage with washing machine and freezer is available, as well as secure parking for your bicycles. The single-storey villa can be reached by a few steps. It is fully air-conditioned (ducted), with temperature control for each room, and electric shutters. The living room is spacious, with a sitting area opening onto the terrace, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The living room, with its 6-person sofa, glass coffee table and mirrored TV, is very comfortable. The kitchen, with its central island extended by a table and 4 chairs, is functional (oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, induction + gas hobs, thermomix, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge...). 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190 cm) with dressing room. Bathroom with shower, towel dryer and hairdryer. Separate toilet with washbasin. Office with sofa bed for 1 Kids (no extra charge). Pets not allowed. High chair and baby bed. Electricity recharging point, shops, restaurants and municipal Piscine 1km away. Rather steep climb to reach the house.
