Private, heated, alarm-protected swimming pool (2.5m x 4m, 1.40m deep, open from 30/03 to 30/10). 30m² south-east-facing sheltered terrace with 1 large electric bioclimatic pergola, comfortable garden furniture, gas plancha and barbecue. Unenclosed 30m² garden with Piscine and sunbathing area.

On the ground floor is the main room, very bright and with direct access to the terrace, consisting of 1 fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, pod coffee maker, 1 dining area with 1 table and 4 armchairs as well as 1 sitting area with a corner sofa, 1 flat-screen TV and 1 wood-burning stove (wood supplied). Washing machine in cupboard. Electric heating.

Upstairs is 1 large bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with reversible air-conditioning and access to the shower room. This includes 1 glass shower, 1 sink, 1 towel rail and 1 closet. Baby bed. Separate WC.

The Holiday cottage is reached via 1 hillside path (800m). Not recommended for very low cars, motorcycles or road bikes, CHEMIN COMMUNAL TRES DEGRADE, driven at walking pace. Private shaded parking.

Bedoin is a village at the foot of Mont Ventoux, 13 km from Carpentras, home to 1 of France's largest communal forests. Many Hiking trails are available to help you discover and respect the forest. Here, flora and fauna are carefully protected.

No possibility of charging an electric vehicle, no garage for bicycles.
