All around the house, a number of tree-lined terraces with garden furniture are at your disposal, including a 50m² shaded terrace with barbecue where everyone can find their own space.
The 700m² private garden is enclosed and not overlooked, accessible from the road (2 reserved parking spaces) or from the heart of the hamlet.
A pleasant private swimming pool in the form of a stone basin awaits you (3.5 x 12m, open from 01/05 to 31/10, protected by a safety cover).

On the first floor, the spacious living room features a large fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a relaxation area with fireplace.

A 2nd living room with 2 sofas, flat-screen TV and access to an independent shower room, independent wc and a mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm (spiral staircase).

Upstairs, accessible via wooden staircases, a 2nd mezzanine with sofa and reading area offers a lovely view over the garden and leads to the 2 other bedrooms (2 beds 90x200cm and 1 bed 180x200cm), one of which is also accessible from outside.
