Situated between Avignon and Villeneuve-les-Avignon, between the two arms of the Rhône, Ile de la Barthelasse is a veritable jewel of greenery, just a few kilometers from the historic center of Avignon.
From here, you can stroll through the orchards and along the banks of the Rhône, on foot or by bike (cycle paths).
This typical Ile de la Barthelasse house is on the 1st floor and comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.
All rooms are air-conditioned, bright and have a view of the garden, private pool and wooded park.
The alarm-protected swimming pool (10x4m, progressive depth from 1.20m to 1.50m) is open from June to September.
The private, fenced 6000m² grounds are not overlooked. The shaded terrace on the garden level with lounge and Weber barbecue lets you enjoy long summer evenings.
On the 1st floor, the living room opens onto a 15m² balcony terrace with retractable awning and garden furniture.
It features a sitting area with fireplace, flat-screen TV, sofa, armchair, wifi and library.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, gas hob and small appliances.
A few steps lead up to the hallway serving the rest of the house.
3 bedrooms: 1 bed 160x200 cm, 1 bed 140x190 cm and 2 beds 80x200 cm.
Bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer, towel dryer and washing machine.
Separate toilet.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning fee extra. Private parking with electric gate. Pets are not allowed.
On the first floor are storage rooms and 1 office not used during rentals.

CL0680 Agréable, fonctionnel et tranquille
Nous recommandons sans souci ce logement, agréable et complétement fonctionel. Les pièces sont grandes et bien équipées, le terrain est immense et très agréable et la piscine offre un vrai plus lors des fortes chaleurs.
L'emplacement est également très appréciable car on peut profiter du calme en pleine nature et de la ville d'avignon à 5 minutes en voiture.Merci pour cet accueil très sympathique et pour votre disponibilité.

Maison climatisée avec un immense et superbe jardin arboré et une très belle piscine, parfait pour un séjour familial , très bien située pour allier farniente et découverte d’Avignon et alentours. Propriétaire très à l’écoute.

Kevin Gîte idéal
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans votre gite. L’accueil est chaleureux et adorable. La maison est entourée d’un vaste terrain arboré au calme, avec le seul bruit des cygales pour accompagner nos fins d après-midi au bord de la piscine. La piscine est très belle, les adultes ont pied partout et il y a une petite plage pour les enfants. La maison est très bien équipée, très fonctionnelle, la literie est très confortable.
Les plus: la climatisation pour passer les nuits au frais, la tonnelle et le bbq pour les repas à l ombre, et enfin la situation très proche d’Avignon.
