Large family home in the countryside with private Piscine at the foot of the Luberon mountains

At the foot of the Luberon in the small village of Puget, L'Ouka is a family home in the heart of nature. It is surrounded by 2 hectares of oak, pine and olive trees. The house boasts a large private Piscine, as well as numerous relaxation areas: terraces on the south or north side, depending on the time of day. Ideal for a family holiday, where you can relax by the Piscine, play in the garden or explore the hiking trails and Provencal villages of the Luberon on foot or by bike.

The house is divided mainly into a day and a night area:
- Large living room with several areas: 4 sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, connected TV, 2 pianos, library, decorative fireplace.
- Mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x190cm, 2 armchairs, wardrobe.
- Independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 4-burner gas stove and gas oven, extractor hood, small appliances. Storeroom with 2 fridges, selective sorting, storage space.
- Small bedroom with 2 beds 90x200cm, chest of drawers. Access from kitchen.
Night side:
- Bedroom opening onto south-facing terrace: 160x200cm bed, large wardrobe and private shower room (corner shower, washbasin and storage space).
- Bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm, wall cupboard.
- Separate shower room with Italian shower, washbasin, towel rail, storage space and toilet.
- Separate toilet.
- 2 identical bedrooms: beds 140x190cm, wall cupboards, chest of drawers and private shower/wc (Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer, storage and wc).

Private 6x12m alarmed saltwater Piscine, 1.20m to 2.30m deep. Several shaded terraces with garden furniture. Barbecue. Petanque court. Unenclosed wooded grounds of 2 hectares.
Dirt access road in the Countryside, preferable for an adapted vehicle.

Bed linen and towels provided. Housekeeping included. Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed and high chair. No pets allowed.
