This charming, new, detached, single-storey villa is located 1km from the center of Bédoin, a must-see village for cycling and Hiking enthusiasts at the foot of Mont Ventoux. With a view of the Giant of Provence, its terrace is shaded by a retractable canvas and, above all, by a hundred-year-old oak tree, which is much appreciated in hot weather.
The private garden is partially enclosed and features a private swimming pool, petanque court and parking area. The private swimming pool (8x4m) is protected by an alarm and open from early May to late October (unheated). The terrace features comfortable garden furniture and an electric plancha, and overlooks the garden and pool area, surrounded by sun loungers.
Air-conditioned living room: fitted kitchen with high-quality appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, Krups and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), living/dining room with table and 8 chairs, corner sofa, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker and 5G wifi.
Corridor leading to the air-conditioned sleeping area: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 90x200cm, 2 beds 160x200cm), one with private shower and toilet. Bathroom with bathtub, shower cubicle and double washbasin, towel dryer and hairdryer. Separate toilet. Garage for your bicycles, with washing machine, tumble dryer and cleaning kit, as well as 2 bicycles. Pets are not allowed. Electric charging point available at Holiday cottage. The cost of recharging will be invoiced by Engie at the end of your stay. Arrival is possible on Friday or Saturday.

Dutch boomers The oak by the pool
We stayed a wonderfull week in this large house.
The pool was very clean, but a bit cold but that is to be expected in April.
It is a 10 minutes, flat, walk to the nearest supermarket and center of Bedoin.
The garage had space enough to store our 4 bicycles, and has a charger for electric cars.
The only thing to complain about is the lack of shade in the early morning, but this is probably also an April thing as well ;-).- Cleanliness

Marie Excellent séjour
L'accueil dans le gîte est très sympathique et très efficace. Nous avons profité d'une maison agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. Propreté impeccable. Il a fait trop frais pour profiter de la piscine, mais la terrasse est déjà ensoleillée le matin, parfait pour un petit déjeuner au soleil.
la proximité de la ville permet de s'y rendre facilement à pied.

Même si la saison ne vous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, nous sommes ravis que la terrasse ensoleillée ait contribué à rendre votre séjour agréable. Beautiful and very comfortable home with glorious swimming pool. Very well equipped kitchen with some essential basics to get us started before getting to the supermarket. Helpful information. Great location: walking distance into the buzzing Bedoin village where there are great restaurants, cafés, ice-cream parlors and cycle shops for biking enthusiasts. Some great bike riding routes, and of course, the epic and mythical Mont Ventoux. Highly recommend this lovely, convenient and relaxing home in a great area where there's lots to do (or just relax). Thank you for a great stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. La maison est élégante et extrêmement confortable : literie parfaite, canapé propice à la détente, grande piscine, équipements pensés dans les moindres détails et calme absolu. Le centre de Bédoin est accessible facilement en une dizaine de minutes à pied, même avec un enfant. C'est rare de pouvoir séjourner dans un lieu aussi bien pensé.

Nous venons tout juste de débuter la location de la maison, et votre retour, en tant que deuxièmes locataires, nous touche profondément. Savoir que vous vous y êtes sentis aussi bien est la plus belle récompense.

Niko Très bon séjour dans cette agréable maison
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte à Bédouin. La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée, notamment au niveau de la vaisselle — rien ne manque ! Elle est située au calme, au fond d’une impasse, ce qui est un vrai plus, tout en restant proche du centre-ville (environ 10 minutes à pied).
La piscine est magnifique et très agréable, idéale pour se détendre après une journée de balade. Le gîte est parfait pour des vacances en famille ou pour les amateurs de vélo. Tous les équipements sont neufs et modernes. Nous avons eu la chance d’être les tout premiers locataires de cette belle maison. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un excellent séjour dans notre gîte à Bédoin, et encore plus touchés de lire que tout vous a plu, de l'équipement à l'emplacement, en passant par la piscine.
Comme c'était notre toute première location, votre retour nous fait particulièrement chaud au cœur. Nous avons mis beaucoup d'attention et d'enthousiasme dans l'aménagement de la maison, et savoir que vous l'avez trouvée confortable et bien pensée est une belle récompense.
