Situated in the Luberon regional park, St Saturnin les Apt is at the gateway to the Provencal Colorado, the ochres of Roussillon and the village of Gordes. In the heart of the Luberon, you can discover local markets with their Provencal fragrances.

Beautiful detached villa set in 5500 m² of unenclosed grounds, including an olive grove, with views over the Countryside and hills in the distance.

Large 50 m² south-east-facing terrace, part of which is covered with garden furniture and sun loungers, is available for lunches or dinners on fine Provencal evenings. Gas barbecue. An awning is available for 2 cars.
Fully air-conditioned, you'll enjoy a large, bright living room with a well-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave), dining/living room with sofa, TV, DVD player. Washing machine in cellar. Separate toilet.

The sleeping area comprises 4 bedrooms: 1 with 1 x 160x200 bed, shower room/wc. 1 with 2 x 90x190 beds and 2 with 1 x 140x190 bed each. En-suite shower room. Separate toilet.

Electric heating/air conditioning: extra charge with meter reading. End-of-stay cleaning possible.

The village has many hiking and biking trails, the remains of a castle, a windmill, a pleasant municipal swimming pool and tennis courts.
