A 20 m² tiled terrace, with a pergola for shade to the south, is at your disposal, as well as a 2500 m² garden with large pine and laurel trees, enclosed and shared by the owners' Piscine (10.5x5 m, 1.20 to 2m deep, open from 01/06 to 15/09 with no schedule restrictions) secured by alarm, roller shutter and tarpaulin.

This property is located in the well-known Saint-Antoine district, entirely residential, on a hillside in l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the antique dealers' capital of Provence.
