Beautiful space with private swimming pool (18x6m), open from 01/04 to 31/10) protected by shelter, covered south-west terrace of 50 m² and shared enclosed garden of 3000 m². Enclosed parking (electric gate).
2 bedrooms each with shower room and toilet (2 beds 140, 1 bed 120, crib), Bed linen and towels provided. Dining/living room/kitchenette (2-person sofa bed, color TV, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). Electric heating.
Garden furniture. Barbecue. Small pets allowed. End-of-stay cleaning charge: €50. Tourist tax extra, Kids under 18 exempt.
