In the heart of the Luberon, 3 km from Apt and less than 1 km from the Calavon greenway (45 km of cycle paths), the house lives up to its name.

Situated between vineyards and the Luberon, along the road leading to Saignon (not very busy), it is on one level (except for the mezzanine), fully air-conditioned, with a large gravel terrace and an unfenced garden.
Wooden Piscine 4x2.5m, 1.40m deep, alarm + removable ladder, open all year but not heated.
Attached at the rear to the owners and an annual rental (discreet single occupant), it makes an ideal pied-à-terre for your visits.

A large gravel terrace with garden furniture, parasol and electric plancha is at your disposal, overlooking the unfenced garden.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, reversible air conditioning. High chair and Umbrella bed available on request.

The living room is air-conditioned and bright thanks to its many windows. It includes a fully-equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, hob, pod + filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine...) and a living/dining area with sofa, armchair, connected TV, wifi, hi-fi system, Bluetooth speaker, table and 6 chairs.

2 air-conditioned bedrooms with access to the terrace (1 bed 160x200cm and 2 beds 90x190cm).
Air-conditioned mezzanine bedroom with 1 bed 90x190cm, opening onto the living room.
Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
