Stroll through the cobbled streets of the old village and explore the surrounding countryside on one of the many Hiking trails nearby. The location is particularly pleasant and ideal for cycling enthusiasts, with the Via Domitia nearby for a leisurely tour of the Luberon Countryside. From the property, you'll enjoy unobstructed views over the vineyards and the Luberon, in a lush, relaxing setting. The Semi-detached house is cosy, comfortable and well-equipped, with no opposite neighbours, separated by a low wall. It features a 10 m² south-facing terrace with an arbour, perfect for outdoor meals overlooking the vineyards, as well as a pleasant 500 m² enclosed garden planted with trees. Garden furniture, 2 deckchairs. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV). Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, mosquito net, shower room and separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with central heating and air-conditioning in the upstairs hall for optimum comfort in all seasons. Parking space inside with closed gate. Heating package: €40/week.
