4 km from Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt, lovely detached villa built in 1998 and renovated in 2020, located in the countryside with a well-kept, unfenced garden surrounded by vineyards and fruit trees.
A private swimming pool (12.5 x 5, 1.30 m to 1.40 m deep, open from mid-May to September) with electric shutter and sun loungers is at your disposal for guaranteed relaxation and refreshment.
A large, well-kept terrace under a south-facing awning with garden furniture and plancha barbecue, with a lovely view over the village of Villars, will be the ideal place for meals with family or friends, while enjoying local produce bought during walks to nearby markets such as Apt, Roussillon, Gordes, Coustellet and many others...
First floor: living room (satellite TV, internet connection), kitchen (microwave, dishwasher). Washing machine and dryer in cellar. 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed), shower room with toilet and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190, 1 bed 160x200 or 2 adjustable beds 80). Bathroom, separate wc.
On-site ping-pong table for young and old. Closed garage for one car or bikes.
Underfloor heating (wood pellets). End-of-stay cleaning available.

Isabelle Un excéllent séjour
Nous avons eu des vacances fantastiques! Le gîte est magnifique, très bien équipé avec une vue splendide sur les vignes, les oliviers, le village de Villars,…La propriétaire est très gentille. Tout est très bien entretenu. Un très beau jardin, une grande piscine, … Bref, un gîte à recommender et pour revenir. Merci!!

Yom068 Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien entretenu et hyper équipé. La piscine ainsi que les espaces extérieurs étaient un réel bonheur pour les enfants et les adultes. Notre chien a aussi été ravi du jardin en pleine nature. Encore merci aux propriétaires Anne et Rémy pour leur service, leur disponibilité et le petit présent d'accueil.

Mausi Vacances reposantes
Magnifique maison au calme, entre vigne et oliviers.
La piscine est très plaisante.
Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactive. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
