Halfway between Avignon and Orange, and just 500m from the village center and main shops, this 25 m² apartment at the rear of the owners' house is an ideal pied-à-terre for exploring the Vaucluse region. 15 m² private terrace with garden furniture overlooking a large 1500 m² enclosed communal garden, and access to the shared swimming pool (diameter 5.20 m), secured by alarm + fence and open from May to mid-September.

The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob, pod coffee maker...and flat-screen TV. A separate bedroom with 140x190 cm bed, wardrobe and fan, plus a small shower room with WC. Everything is included for your comfort: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Secure parking on the property, shared entrance with the owners. 200m from a small TER train station with easy access to Avignon. Wooded park with playground for Kids behind the house. The Spirou Provence and Wave Island parks are 11km away. Please note: the proximity of the TER line can sometimes cause a nuisance. Pets not allowed. Swimming pool towels required.
