Monteux lies between Avignon and Carpentras, a lively village offering a wide range of activities for young and old alike (Parc Spirou, Wave Island, Lac de Monteux, go-karting, hiking, Provencal market...).
All on one level, this house offers comfort and fulfillment.
Its shaded terrace overlooking the garden is planted with flowers, garden furniture and a wood/coal barbecue.
The 800m² enclosed garden features a private swimming pool (3x7x1.50m), alarm-protected and open from early May to late September.
Sun loungers, a children's hut and a 2nd covered terrace with garden furniture are also available.

- Living/dining room with TV, DVD player, wifi, sofa bed, wood-burning stove and large table with 4 chairs and bench. Bluetooth speaker.
- Fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, 4 gas rings, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, pod coffee maker...
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 80x190, 1 bed 90x190cm and private bathroom (shower with curtain + washbasin).
- 1 bedroom with 180x200cm bed (or 2 90x200cm beds). Umbrella bed.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
- Separate toilet and washing machine.

Everything is included (sheets, towels, cleaning, heating, wood). Possibility of sleeping a 5th person on the sofa bed, extra charge.
Closed bicycle storage. 1 shaded parking space, secured by electric gate + 1 space outside the property. Electric charging station 3km away.
