Lovely views from the terrace in this country cottage with lovely pool area

This gîte is located at the foot of the Luberon mountains, close to famous climbing cliffs and the GR9 for rock-climbing enthusiasts. This semi-detached gîte is housed in an 18th-century barn renovated in 2005, with stone facades and thick walls to keep cool in summer.

Situated in the countryside with lovely views over the hills, all on 3 hectares of shared, unfenced land.

There's also a fenced-in saltwater swimming pool with alarm (12.5 x 5, depth 1.30/1.40m, open 01/06 to 30/09) 100 m from the gîte, shared by gîte 84G2081 and the owners. 20 m² north-facing terrace with arbour (garden furniture, plancha).

Living room/kitchenette (color TV, insert, microwave). Shower room with toilet. Shared washing machine in laundry room. 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed, 2 x 90cm pull-out beds, crib). Wood-fired heating (insert).

Heating package (wood): €40/week. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €60. Sheets €30. Tourist tax extra.

Wifi internet access is only available in the vicinity of my house (approx. 30m).
