Located near Avignon, this Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owners' house welcomes you in a peaceful, green setting. It benefits from a 3000 m² enclosed garden with electric gate for added security and peace and quiet. A private parking space is at your disposal.

For moments of relaxation, take advantage of the communal swimming pool (9x4 m), secured by alarm and accessible from May to September. Sun loungers are available for enjoying the Provencal sunshine. A lovely 30 m² terrace, complete with dining area and garden furniture, invites you to share delicious outdoor moments.

Inside, the Holiday cottage offers every comfort. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave and pod coffee maker. The bright, tastefully decorated living room includes a dining area, sofa bed (1 adult or 2 Kids) and flat-screen TV.

On the night side, a cosy bedroom with a double bed (160x200) ensures restful nights. A modern bathroom with WC completes the ensemble.

For leisure enthusiasts, a ping-pong table is also available.
