For lovers of nature, freedom, calm and beauty, on 2.5 hectares of holm oaks, pines and rosemary, a pleasant, comfortable character house overlooking the Luberon valley. Breathtaking views of the Lioux cliffs and Luberon villages, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lacoste...

Upstairs: a bedroom with: 1 double bed (160cm), (possibility 2x80cm), bathroom with wc: a large walk-in shower, view of the Luberon, and a 9m² panoramic terrace with flowers, ideal for sunbathing or stargazing.
Also on the first floor, a mezzanine/bedroom (1 x 90cm bed) opens onto the living room, with its library and music.
First floor: a large, light-filled 35 m² living room opening onto the 60 m² flower-filled terrace and garden via a large bay window, TV, DVD player, Internet access, library and a beautiful fireplace with lift-up insert for winter evenings, a sleeping area with 2-seater sofa bed.
Ground floor: entrance hall leading to a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine, and a spacious 20 m² fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven), large oak table, benches and chairs overlooking the terrace and garden, plancha grill, tables and chairs and garden furniture, deckchairs and hammocks.

Ideal if you love nature, rest and Hiking, the house is close to the most beautiful villages of the Luberon, 17 km from Apt and its unmissable Provencal Market, 11 km from the Coustellet farmers' market, vineyard and cellar visits, Antiques at l'Isle-sur-la Sorgue.

From July onwards, unless prohibited by covid or lack of supervision, a Piscine (VVF) open to the public is 300m from the house.

Oil heating + a limited amount of wood for the fireplace (110 € per week). Cleaning: 70 € per stay.
