André and Pascale are delighted to open the doors of this charming village house with garden and swimming pool, entirely renovated by themselves. Violès is a small, peaceful village facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and surrounded by the vineyards of Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, Cairanne and many others. Its privileged location between Orange and Vaison-la-Romaine, on the Route des Vins, is ideal for Côtes du Rhône enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers alike.

The house is located close to the owners' home, which is adjoined to other properties to the north. 200m² of private, enclosed garden with no overlooking views, featuring a private 5x3m alarm-protected swimming pool, open from June 1 to August 31 (the opening of the pool may be extended by agreement with the owner).) The terrace, with its lounge and charcoal barbecue, is shaded by a century-old plane tree, making it very pleasant in hot weather. On the first floor, overlooking the garden, a large veranda with lounge and dining area opens onto the living room. The living room, with reversible air conditioning, comprises a lounge area with flat-screen TV, wifi, sofa bed, board games and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, Senseo coffee maker, etc.).On the first floor, accessible via a staircase, the landing leads to a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms, each with reversible air-conditioning (2 beds 90x190cm and 1 bed 140x190cm). Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Heating and air-conditioning on meter reading (to avoid abuse). 1 pet allowed (30kg max). Electric charging station 2km away.
