Very nice air-conditioned Holiday cottage on a wooded and fenced estate, between Avignon and Mont Ventoux, located 2km from Carpentras and 500 m from small shops (such as Pharmacy, bakery, U supermarket), .

The Holiday cottage has a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Inside, a lounge area with flat-screen TV, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, etc.), bathroom (washing machine) with shower and separate toilet.

The 3 bedrooms are composed of one with 2 single beds 90*190 and two with double beds 140 and 160 (baby bed and high chair on request).

The 15m*6m heated swimming pool, 1.4 to 2 m deep, with deckchairs, is protected by an alarm and a fence, and is shared with the other two Holiday cottages. There's also a communal relaxation area under the pines with a picnic table, games for Kids and a pétanque court with boules.

A small chalet is also available for storing bicycles. Secure closed parking.

Linen kit €32 per room, end-of-stay cleaning included. Pets not allowed.
