Fully fenced and equipped with an electric gate, the property features a closed garage with direct access to the inside of the house. You'll find a washing machine and practical storage facilities.

Enjoy a private swimming pool (7 x 3.50 m, depth 1.50 m), secured by a roller shutter, with sun loungers for your moments of relaxation. A boules pitch is also available for friendly games with family and friends.

The 37 m2 terrace, accessible by a few steps or by a ramp designed for people with reduced mobility, is ideal for alfresco dining. It is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, pod and filter coffee maker, microwave) and opens onto the terrace via a large bay window. The spacious, air-conditioned living area combines an elegant lounge, a warm dining room, tasteful decor and a flat-screen TV.
