Set amidst vineyards, Holiday cottage les Coquelicots is a year-round guest house, rented out as a gîte in summer. Accommodating up to 6 people, the house is an ideal vacation spot for families or friends, with a large garden, terrace and private above-ground swimming pool. On one level, the house comprises: - Living room with sofas and armchairs, coffee table, decorative fireplace, TV with box, dining table for 6 - Kitchen opening onto dining room: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Storeroom with washing machine - Corridor leading to 3 double bedrooms with 140x190cm beds. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, storage space and heated towel rail. Large private garden with trees, above-ground saltwater swimming pool, badminton court, garden furniture, deckchairs, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and pizza oven. Private parking for several vehicles in front of the property. Private Countryside path of approx. 100 m to access the Holiday cottage, small slope and irregular. Free pets allowed: 2 maximum. Bed linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional on request. Electricity not included (except 8 kw per day), after deduction to be added to the price per kw.
