Holiday cottage "Les Ch'ti Provençaux" is 4km from the Sprirou Provence and Wave Island parks, and just 1km from the TER train station to Avignon TGV station and Avignon center, perfect for the Avignon Festival.
Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will find a wide range of trails starting from the Holiday cottage.

Located on the 1st floor of the owners' home, the Holiday cottage has a large sheltered terrace with unobstructed views over the garden and Piscine.
The terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and electric plancha is not overlooked and is accessible via a staircase equipped with an electric stairlift.
The garden is shared with the owners and features a communal swimming pool (7x2x1.60m), open from April to September and protected by a tarpaulin.

Inside, the living room is air-conditioned:
Open-plan fitted kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, hob, fridge/freezer...
Lounge area: sofa bed (sleeps 2, 140x190cm), flat-screen TV, wifi.
Spacious bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm. Umbrella bed and baby booster seat.
Bathroom with large shower and toilet.
Shared laundry room with washing machine and bike storage.

Mosquito screens on windows. Bed linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning and heating extra.

Pets allowed up to 35 kg, €100 deposit required on arrival.

1 parking space, secured by an electric gate. Electric charging station on site, accessible only from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., extra charge.
