In the heart of a small Provencal hamlet with a few houses and seasonal rentals, this pleasant two-sided Semi-detached house will seduce you with its peaceful setting and superb unobstructed view of the Luberon. It features a lovely 30m² enclosed terrace, partially shaded by vegetation, ideal for outdoor meals. The nearby lavender fields add to the typical Provencal charm of the setting, and give off a pleasant scent in summer. Located just 9 km from Apt and close to many of the Luberon's villages and must-see sites, the house is an excellent base for exploring the region in pleasant surroundings.

The enclosed garden and private swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 m x 1.60 m (alarmed and open from June to September), are on the opposite side of the small road bordering the property, which means you have to cross the road to access it. This outdoor area features sun loungers, a pool house with sink and a shaded dining area. 2 private parking spaces are also available in front of the house, on the roadside. Inside, the entrance opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, while the living room with its two sofas, TV and fireplace pleasantly completes the first floor. Wifi available on site. On the second floor, you'll find a bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed, a relaxation area with a 90 x 190cm bed that can accommodate a 5th person, a bridge table and a shower room with shower cubicle and WC. The second floor features an office area with a beautiful view of the Luberon, a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed and a bathroom with bathtub and WC. Housekeeping included.
