In a residential area, small detached house renovated in 2016 and located close to the owners' house, each with private outdoor space. Private parking outside the property.

Alarm-protected private swimming pool (4 x 3, 1.3 m deep, open from May 15 to September 15). South-west terrace with gas grill, 100 m² enclosed garden and pétanque court.

Air-conditioned living room/kitchenette (140x190 sofa bed, color TV, microwave, dishwasher). 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed). Shower room in bedroom (washing machine). Separate toilet. Electric heating + reversible air conditioning in living room. Fiber-optic internet connection.

Heating package: €50/week. end-of-stay cleaning: €50 - with pets: €70 - tourist tax not included.

1 small dog accepted.

Possibility of recharging electric car, terminal at gîte Valériane next to gîte Bambou, extra charge (meter reading).

Possibility of renting for a few days on request.
