The unoverlooked Holiday cottage, with its 2,700 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees, invites you to relax: terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs... everything you need to enjoy the sunny days.

First floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, filter and pod coffee maker), dining area, bright living room with TV, 3-seater sofa and two armchairs. Laundry room with washing machine and shower. Separate toilet with washbasin. Wifi included.
Upstairs: three bedrooms with mosquito nets (1 single bed and 2 double beds). A fourth bedroom, accessible after a few steps, features a 120 cm bed and French windows opening onto a balcony with garden views. Separate bathroom and WC.
