Just a few minutes from downtown Apt, nestled in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, this charming detached house invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the Provençal way of life. From hilltop villages to colorful markets and hiking trails, everything here beckons you to explore… or simply to relax by the Piscine.

Built near the owner’s home, yet designed to ensure your privacy with a completely separate entrance featuring an electric gate and private parking for two vehicles, this single-story home is a true haven where you’ll immediately feel like you’re on vacation.

The living room opens generously onto the private terrace. Here you can enjoy sunny breakfasts, lunches in the shade, or long summer evenings around the barbecue.
The open-concept, fully equipped kitchen—featuring an oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas and electric cooktop, and refrigerator/freezer—is perfect for cooking in a convivial atmosphere, while the living room with a TV promises cozy moments of relaxation.

The two bedrooms offer cozy comfort for peaceful nights: one is furnished with a 160 × 200 cm bed, and the other with a 140 × 190 cm bed that has direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom is also accessible from the living room. A laundry room with a washing machine and a restroom with a sink round out the amenities.

Outside, relax on a sun lounger by the large 10 × 5 m shared Piscine (gradually deepening from 1.20 m to 1.75 m, secured by an alarm, open from early May through late September), or play a game of pétanque before enjoying the balmy Provençal evenings. The shared garden offers a pleasant green setting where everyone naturally finds their place.

Nature and cycling enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the holiday cottage’s location, which serves as the starting point for numerous routes to explore the Luberon’s most beautiful landscapes, the ochre cliffs of Roussillon, and the hilltop villages of Gordes, Bonnieux, and Lacoste—not to mention the famous Provençal markets.

To make your trip worry-free, everything is included: beds made on arrival, bath linens, house linens, and end-of-stay cleaning.
