Facing the Countryside in Vaison, very well appointed, south-facing detached house in the heart of the vineyards, 100 m downhill, not overlooked, from a departmental road at the rear.
South-facing terrace with 15 m² pergola, 900 m² unfenced grounds, private fenced swimming pool (7.3 x 4.4, 1.40 m deep, open from 01/05 to 30/09). Garden furniture. Wood-burning barbecue and sun lounger.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom: 2 double beds, 2 single beds, shower room, toilet, cot (max. 3 years), changing table and high chair for babies on request.
First floor: dining room/kitchenette: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toilet, storeroom. Living room with flat-screen TV with USB multi-media plug. Reversible air-conditioning. Wifi internet access.
Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €80.

A very comfortable gite situated in a vineyard. The nearby town of Vaison la Romaine has a really relaxed vibe and the surrounding countryside is beautiful

Stella9513 Repos dans un écrin de verdure
15 jours pour se ressourcer dans un gîte très fonctionnel, au calme dans un superbe environnement.
Les propriétaires sont présents pour l’entretien de la piscine mais discrets. On ne s’occupe donc que de soi pour vivre au rythme que l’on choisit.
Le Vignonier est idéalement placé à moins de 10mn en voiture du centre-ville de Vaison la Romaine.
Vaison et ses alentours sont très dynamiques et proposent de nombreuses animations pour tous les goûts. Tout est réuni pour passer un merveilleux séjour.- Cleanliness
