Attractive Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home, located in a residential complex, 5 minutes' walk from the village of Malaucène and all its amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.).

The Piscine (7x5, 1.40 m deep, open from May to October) is shared with the owners, heated to a maximum of 29° and secured by an electric shutter, and will be a place to relax, unwind and, above all, enjoy refreshments under the Provencal sun. The parking lot is private and enclosed. A garage is available for bicycles.

A 20 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is available for lunch or dinner on warm summer evenings. Communal enclosed garden.

2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x190 and 1 bed 160x200), baby bed. Dining room/kitchenette (TV, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Shower room with toilet. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Oil-fired central heating included. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning, linen hire.
