Situated between Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail, Caromb is a fortified village with one of the largest Romanesque churches in the Vaucluse.

Ideally located just 700m from the shops, away from the hustle and bustle of the village, this small new house, attached to the owners' home, is perfect for visiting the Comtat Venaissin region.

The Piscine is heated from 15 to 30/05 and from 15 to 30/09 and is shared with the owners, 7x3m, 1.50 deep (from all sides), open from 15 May to 30 September until 8pm, protected by a tarpaulin with bars.it is strictly forbidden to wear sunscreen when using the pool, otherwise 70 euros will be charged for the intervention of the swimming pool attendant thank you in advance.

The living room opens directly onto the tiled terrace with private gravelled arbour, garden furniture and barbecue. It comprises a sitting area with sofa bed (140x190 cm) for 1 or 2 extra people, air-conditioning, table and 4 chairs, flat-screen TV, wifi and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, small appliances and washing machine.
4 steps lead down to the hallway leading to the rest of the house.
The bedroom has a 160x200 cm bed and a dressing room. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and separate toilet.

3km away is Lake du Paty, popular with walkers, where swimming is permitted but not supervised.
An electric vehicle charging station is 700m away.
