Sophie and Vincent RICHARD, farmers, offer you the semi-detached Holiday cottage "Le Pin", located in the Countryside 1km5 from Joucas, a small village between Gordes (6 km) and Roussillon (4 km) in the Monts de Vaucluse facing the Luberon.

Ground floor: living room (sofa bed) - flat-screen TV - PLC internet connection. Kitchen. Renovation of Holiday cottage interior in 2024.

Upstairs 1 open-plan bedroom 1 double bed (160cm), 1 single bed. Mosquito nets on windows. Shower room with toilet. Washing machine. Working fireplace with insert.

Oil-fired central heating. Heating package: €30 per week.

The Holiday cottage has two terraces, one at the entrance where you can enjoy your meals under the shade sail. A terrace upstairs, accessible from the bedroom, with two deckchairs.

Piscine (12 m x 6 m, 1.90 m deep, open from May to September), secured by an alarm and fenced in, shared by the owners and another Holiday cottage, with two roller blinds and views over vineyards and lavender fields.

Municipal Tennis courts, communal playground, Hiking trails, the rebuilt mill, the exhibition room featuring the works of Marion and Ulysse, all in the commune of Joucas.

Pets allowed under certain conditions. We invite you to sample our seasonal farm produce, vegetables and table grapes.
