In the heart of Barthelasse Island, a stone's throw from Avignon Come and stay in a charming 18th-century detached mazet, nestled in the Countryside amid 5 hectares of fruit trees. Its stone facade and 16 m² west-facing covered terrace invite you to relax, as does its 100 m² enclosed garden, gravelled and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals.
Inside, you'll find all the comforts you need: - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160cm), 2 single beds, baby bed) - Fully-equipped kitchen, dining/living room with fireplace - Bathroom with toilet and hairdryer - Cellar with washing machine, dishwasher - Microwave, espresso and classic coffee maker, Air Fryer, Blinder... - Color TV Want to explore by bike? Bikes can be rented (adults and Kids) for €30 per bike per week, with vests and helmets provided (deposit required). Between November and March: Electricity consumption billed according to actual use (payment to the owner). Wood package: €30 / week if you wish to use the stove. A unique setting: Barthelasse Island, Europe's largest river island, is a veritable haven of peace. Its shady paths run alongside market gardens, the banks of the Rhône and private gardens, ideal for strolling and cycling. Just a few minutes away, discover Avignon, its majestic ramparts, the Palais des Papes, the Pont d'Avignon, as well as its museums and lively squares. Nicolas S Le calme et la tranquillit à 15 minutes du centre
Natif d'Avignon, je trouve que L'île de la Barthelasse est vraiment un havre de paix. Avec son cadre de campagne au milieu des cultures maraîchères et sa proximité avec le centre-ville d'Avignon (seulement 15 minutes !), elle offre un mélange idéal entre nature et accessibilité. C'est un lieu parfait pour se ressourcer, se promener, ou même pique-niquer en profitant de la vue sur le Rhône et les remparts d’Avignon. Au sein de ce gîte, on retrouve tout le confort d'une maisonnette, loin des contraintes de la ville. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son attention et son souci constant de notre bien-être, rendant notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Jean-Luc nous a accueilli de manière très chaleureuse, avec en prime une caisse de poires de sa production et un jus de pommes local exquis. Gîte très propre, très bien équipé, la clim est clairement très adaptée et bienvenue, logement très typique de la région. Lieu très calme, relaxant et reposant. Nos chiens avec lesquels nous voyageons toujours étaient très en sécurité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci !

Jagi Un Havre de paix
Une petite maison joliment restaurée en campagne mais tout près d'Avignon! Propreté irréprochable, comfort et espace...Tout l'équipement est là.Juste une suggestion : une petite passoire it bienvenue .
Les pièces sont décorées avec goût. Nous avons déjeuné sur la terrasse le matin sous le soleil naissant.
Le top c'est la climatisation qui permet de récupérer de la fournaise d'Avignon. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très â l'écoute.

Joao99 Schönes Ferienhaus in einsamer Landschaft
Wir ( 2 Personen) wurden von Jean - Luc freundlich empfangen und in das Haus eingeführt.
Es ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ca 6 km von Avignon entfern, inmitten von Feldern, daher sehr ruhig. Das Klima im Haus ist angenehm, auch bei höheren Außentemperaturen. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, ein großer Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler, sowie Waschmaschine vorhanden. Das Haus ist sauber, der Vermieter ca 1 km entfernt. Wir machten einige Radtouren entlang der Rhone.- Cleanliness
