In the heart of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards, close to numerous tourist attractions such as the Roman City of Orange, Vaison-la-Romaine, Mont-Ventoux, the Luberon and, of course, Avignon with its historic past.

Access to the Holiday cottage is quick and easy, served by the departmental road n°67 at the edge of the property. Vehicles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard. A garage is also available.

This spacious Semi-detached house has been completely renovated. On the first floor, the air-conditioned living/dining room (with TV) is bathed in light thanks to the bay windows. The separate kitchen is equipped to prepare delicious breakfasts (toaster, kettle, coffee maker) and introduce you to Provencal cuisine.) For your convenience, microwave, induction hob, large oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing machine in cellar. Separate toilet.

Upstairs, a spacious air-conditioned hall leads to 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x200, baby bed, TV in each room). Shower room with toilet.

A 270 m² enclosed private courtyard with trampoline. Petanque bowls available. 50 m² south-facing terrace. Garden furniture, barbecue. Garage.

Private Piscine available from May to the end of September (8x4, 1.40 m deep) secured by a fence and a shelter. The latter maintains a pleasant temperature for swimming. A shower and toilet have direct access to the Piscine. Sun loungers available.

Sheets, towels and household linen included. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €80.

Vineyards are part of the surrounding landscape, and prestigious appellations such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes are places to discover. There's plenty of walking and cycling on offer too.
