Access to the gîte is quick and easy, served by departmental road no. 67, which borders the property. Vehicles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard. A garage is also available.

This spacious semi-detached house has been completely renovated. The living rooms on the first floor, dining room/lounge (TV), are bathed in light thanks to the bay windows. The separate kitchen is equipped to prepare delicious breakfasts (toaster, kettle, coffee maker) and introduce you to Provencal cuisine.) For your convenience, microwave, induction hob, large oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing machine in cellar. Separate toilet. Air-conditioning.

Private swimming pool available from May to the end of September (8x4, 1.40 m deep) secured by a fence and a shelter. The latter maintains a pleasant temperature for swimming. A shower and toilet have direct access to the pool. Sunbeds available.

Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €80.

Vineyards are part of the surrounding landscape, and prestigious appellations such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes are just some of the places to discover. There's plenty of walking and cycling on offer too.
