Located on the outskirts of Apt in a Countryside setting, this Provencal Mazet adjoining a second home (not occupied during rental periods) was built in the early 20th century and its renovation was completed in 2020.

Mazet features: 20 m² south-facing covered terrace, 1000 m² enclosed wooded grounds, huge lime trees to keep the Mazet and the Piscine cool, hazelnut trees providing an oasis of shade on hot days... And despite its proximity to the City and its amenities, you're bathed in a silence disturbed only by the song of cicadas and birds.

On the first floor you'll find: a TV lounge (the TV is in the cupboard opposite the sofa), a reading room, a hall leading to the shower room, the separate toilet and a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood...) opening onto the shaded terrace through a French window.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 Cot 80x190 bed and 1 with Twin beds: 2 Cot 80x190 beds or 1 Cot 160x190 bed.

Use of the alarm-protected Piscine (5.5 m diameter, 1.10 m deep, open from June to September). This 3/4 in-ground above-ground pool is not included in the rental price. It is located on private property, but tenants are entirely responsible for its use. Tenants are responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and cleaning of the waterline.

Heating package: 60 €/week - in case of extreme cold. For outdoor living, garden furniture, a plancha and a barbecue are available. For those who wish, it is possible to take out an end-of-stay cleaning package - 40 € extra.
