The 1500 m² enclosed private garden is planted with trees and features a 12x6m, 1.10 to 1.90 deep, alarm-protected swimming pool, open from June to October. Equipped summer kitchen. A small Forest belonging to the owners surrounds the house, with a river in the background.
Between 2 dives, to make the most of your days outdoors, Marie-France has set up a pool-house with summer kitchen, dining area and toilet with washbasin.

The rental is on the 1st floor and is composed as follows:
- Air-conditioned living room with kitchenette (1 table and 6 chairs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, small appliances...) and sitting area with flat-screen TV, wifi, sofa bed (sleeps 2).
- 2 bedrooms with 140x190 cm beds, mosquito nets and storage space.
- Bathroom with jet shower cubicle, heated towel rail and washbasin.
- Separate WC.

On the first floor are the entrance, the laundry room with washing machine and a private area reserved for the owner.
