Just 4 km from the charming ancient town of Vaison-la-Romaine, Mas du Fort welcomes you to a natural setting, on a municipal road bordered by vineyards and hills. This beautiful stone building, carefully renovated, offers comfort, authenticity and conviviality for vacations with family or friends.

You'll enjoy a fenced-in garden and courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, garage for a car or bikes, and a parking space. The private swimming pool (old renovated pond) (5 x 6 m), fully fenced and open from May to September, promises sweet moments of relaxation with an unobstructed view of the surrounding Countryside. A pétanque court completes this ideal vacation spot.

Inside, the air-conditioned first floor features a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, filter and pod coffee makers, microwave...), a bright dining area and a comfortable lounge with sofa and armchair. A laundry room with tumble dryer and separate WC complete this level.

Upstairs, a second TV lounge lets you enjoy your moments of relaxation.
South-west side: 1 bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed) North-west side: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds). Bathroom with WC.
North-east: 1 bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed). South-east: 1 bedroom (2 x 90 cm beds). Separate shower room and WC.

From the windows, the view of the surrounding countryside invites serenity. Hiking trails start directly from the Holiday cottage. To stay connected, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
