Behind its walls, a vast enclosed courtyard (375 m2) guarantees privacy and security, with parking for 3 vehicles - and a charging station for electric vehicles. Enjoy a garden planted with trees, a beautiful indoor swimming pool with large bay window overlooking the courtyard (7 x 3.5, depth 1.30 m) heated (secured by a roller shutter) and pool house (shower and WC), a shaded terrace and equipment designed for everyone's enjoyment: barbecue, plancha, convivial areas for your aperitifs, siestas or evenings with family or friends.

With over 320 m² of living space, the Mas de Couchadou combines elegance, comfort and functionality. First floor: A spacious, light-filled, well-appointed living room (TV, connected speakers, WIFI), dining room and fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, filter and pod coffee maker, cooking piano). A master suite with private bathroom and shower, an office and separate WC. Laundry room with plenty of storage space.

Upstairs, there's space for everyone:
2 double bedrooms (bed 180) with private shower room,
1 double bedroom (bed 140) with en-suite shower room,
1 bedroom (2 single beds),
1 large dormitory ideal for Kids (5 bunk beds 90),
1 shared bathroom with bath and WC.

The house is fully air-conditioned, with no overlooking, for absolute peace and quiet. Bed linen and towels provided, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
