Private parking nearby.<br><br>On the ground floor : dining room/kitchen area (TV, DVD player, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).<br><br>Upstairs : unclosed bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, cot. Shower room. Separate toilet.<br><br>Electric heating. Cleaning included.<br>Electricity : payment of your real consumption (8 kWh/day included in the renting price).
