This spacious dwelling comprises 3 bedrooms (4 single beds (2 120cm) and 1 double bed), kitchen, dining room, bathroom, WC, laundry room. Large 800 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and featuring an approval pond, 90 m² enclosed courtyard with covered carport for 2 cars, 2 m² south-facing balcony. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, TV, DVD player, working fireplace + oil-fired central heating, garden furniture and barbecue.

Nursery equipment available on request (baby bed, stroller, bathtub, etc.).

Heating package: €50/week. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €60 and sheet hire: €12 per bed.
