It is set in 25 hectares of vineyards and olive groves. A private 150 m² shaded garden with garden furniture and barbecue, and a private semi-underground Piscine (5x3.50m, depth 1.10m, open from April to September) are for your exclusive use.

Inside, on the first floor:
- A living room with flat-screen TV, sofa, armchairs, piano, table soccer, as well as a dining room with sofa, a large table with 12 chairs leading into the kitchen.
- The fully-equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer and small appliances.
- One bedroom with 160x200 cm bed
- Bathroom with shower and curtain
- Separate toilet

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 of which are interconnected), as follows
