Agnès, Alain and their dog "Uhlan" are happy to open the doors to their little corner of paradise.
The charming village of Caderousse lies on the edge of the Gard department, just a few km from Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
For cyclists, the ViaRhona passes through the village on its way along the Rhône to Avignon.
Set amidst vineyards, 2 km from the village center and just a few minutes from Orange, this Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the Haut Vaucluse.
"Le Marmanant" is a semi-detached holiday cottage renovated and fitted out in part of the owners' mas.
This 16th-century mas is set in 6000 m² of wooded, enclosed, shared grounds.
2 private terraces are at your disposal, one shaded by a pergola with a dining area and plancha, the other under the plane tree with a lounge.
The swimming pool, shared with the owners, is very large and has plenty of space for everyone, with deckchairs and parasols all around. Fenced and alarm-protected, (15x7.5m, progressive depth from 1m60 to 1m80, open from early May to late October).
Completely refurbished, the house is friendly, bright and pleasantly spacious. Whether you're with friends or family, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets mean there's something for everyone.
Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan, which is very pleasant and refreshing in summer.
First floor:
Living room with 2 sofas, connected TV, wifi open onto the fully equipped kitchen (table for 6, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, hood, pod coffee maker...)
1 bedroom with en-suite shower room (1 bed 160x200cm).
1 separate toilet.

Jan en Liesbeth Heerlijke vakantie!
We hebben al heel wat vakantie-huisjes gehad, maar het zal moeilijk worden om dit huis te overtreffen. Ruim, schoon, gezellig en alles wat je nodig kan hebben is aanwezig. Allerlei doordachte details maken het helemaal af. Het huis, dat vast zit aan het huis van de eigenaren, ligt in een prachtig aangelegde tuin met een enorm zwembad en een mooie jeu de boulesbaan. Er zijn meerdere zitjes en je hebt twee royale priveterassen tot je beschikking. Wij hebben erg genoten van de bomen, planten en bloemen in de tuin, en ook van de vogels (nachtegalen, kanaries, dwergooruilen, steenuiltje, wielewaal). In tien minuten fiets je naar het vriendelijke dorp Caderousse, waar je een supermarkt, een bakker en een fijn restaurant vindt (La Providence). Als je van ontspannen fietsen houdt is dit een leuk gebied. Je rijdt zonder veel klimwerk naar Orange of Chateauneuf du Pape en over de Via Rhona naar Avignon. Ten oosten van Orange fiets je tussen de wijngaarden en korenvelden, klaprozen en lavendel, met prachtig zicht op de Mont Ventoux. Een tip is ook de wekelijkse broccante in Villeneuf Les Avignon. We willen tenslotte niet vergeten om de hartelijke en hulpvaardige maar nooit opdringerige eigenaren te noemen. Bedankt, Alain en Agnes, voor de heerlijke tijd!

De merveilleuses vacances !
Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreuses maisons de vacances, mais celle-ci sera difficile à surpasser. Spacieuse, propre et confortable, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire. De nombreuses petites attentions viennent parfaire le tableau. La maison, attenante à celle des propriétaires, est située dans un magnifique jardin paysager avec une grande piscine et un charmant terrain de pétanque. Plusieurs espaces de détente sont aménagés, et deux grandes terrasses privatives sont à votre disposition. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les arbres, les plantes et les fleurs du jardin, ainsi que les oiseaux (rossignols, canaris, chouettes pygmées, chouette chevêche, loriot d'Europe). En dix minutes à vélo, vous pouvez rejoindre le charmant village de Caderousse, où vous trouverez un supermarché, une boulangerie et un excellent restaurant (La Providence). Si vous aimez les balades à vélo tranquilles, la région est idéale. Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre Orange ou Châteauneuf-du-Pape, et emprunter la Via Rhône jusqu'à Avignon. À l'est d'Orange, vous pédalerez à travers vignes et champs de maïs, coquelicots et lavande, avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont Ventoux. Autre suggestion : le marché aux puces hebdomadaire de Villeneuf-lès-Avignon. Enfin, nous tenons à souligner l'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité d'Alain et Agnès, les propriétaires, sans jamais être insistants. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour ! -

Après des années d'expérience dans les Gîtes de France, Le Marmanant est la meilleure adresse que nous ayons expérimentée. Dans un environnement très calme, le mas du 16ème siècle a été fraîchement rénové avec un goût exquis et est équipé de tout le confort souhaitable. La piscine est un des points forts par sa grandeur et sa décoration. Nous ne donnerons pas plus de détails sur les multiples qualités de ce gîte de peur de ne plus pouvoir le réserver à l'avenir. Un dernier point toutefois: Agnès et Alain sont des hôtes de grande classe, entre discrétion, bienveillance et disponibilité. Bref, un petit coin de paradis provençal !

Lovely place to choose as a base, easy access to the train network (at Orange) kayaking on the Gard, carting at Monteux, markets, vines and hilltop towns!

Familie aus HH Fantastisches Domizil
Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Besitzern empfangen, in das Haus geführt und in alles eingewiesen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind überaus großzügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Die praktische Ausstattung ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht (von den Kaffeekapseln bis zum Wäscheraum. Der Garten ist ein sehr schöner, gepflegter Park mit mehreren Möglichkeiten des Aufenthaltes (Liegestühle, sehr großer 1,80 m tiefer Pool und Boulesfläche).
Das Haus, ein komplett neu restauriertes landwirtschaftliches Gebäude, wird zur Hälfte von den Besitzern und zur Hälfte von den Gästen bewohnt, ohne dass man sich zu nah kommt, falls nicht gewünscht.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.- Cleanliness
