Situated in the Countryside with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and vineyards, this attractive semi-detached cottage is tastefully furnished and fully equipped.
Piscine (10x5m, 0.90 to 1.70m deep, open from 01/06 to 30/09) protected by an electric shelter, shared with the owners,
2 terraces: 1 to the south (80 m²) and 1 to the north (30 m²), unenclosed grounds of 1500 m².
2 bedrooms each with shower room/wc (1 bed 160, 2 beds 90x200, sheets included, baby bed). Dining/living room/kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, stove, color TV, DVD player). WC. Reversible air-conditioning.
Garden furniture. Barbecue. End-of-stay cleaning available. Tourist tax not included (free for children under 18).
Flat-rate heating charge of €40 in winter.
Electric car charging station available on site - charged at cost price.

StaceyA Beautiful, relaxing holiday house
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at le Jiassol. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful and communication went well, despite our rusty French. The guesthouse was spacious, comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking. The bed was comfortable.The outdoor spaces are gorgeous and we swam in the pool even though it was still a bit chilly out! Sablet village is a short 20 min. walk as well as a few restaurants. Seguret village is a pleasant walk through the vineyards and and country paths. A great location from which to explore wineries of the Southern Rhône by car. We look forward to returning!
