Situated around 4 km from the center of Bollène, this Holiday cottage, which is not overlooked by the owners' house, welcomes you to a beautiful building full of character in the heart of the Provencal Countryside. It's ideally located for easy access to the Drôme, Ardèche and Vaucluse regions.


Outside space: Enjoy the large fenced-in grounds, with their approval of a pond with water lilies and frogs, and a vast terrace shaded by an awning and equipped with garden furniture.
A communal swimming pool (12m x 6m), fully fenced, is available from 8am to 8pm. It is shared with the owners and surrounded by deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.


Inside the Holiday cottage: Ground floor: Large living room with armchairs, TV and Wi-Fi connection. Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, two fridges, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee maker, dining area and seating area). Laundry room with washing machine.


Upstairs: "Les Vignes" bedroom: 1 x 160cm bed, TV, private bathroom and WC. Les Lauriers" room: 1 bed (160) and 2 beds (90), TV, private bathroom and WC. Les Sources" rooms: two communicating rooms, each with TV, private bathroom and WC (the first has a 160cm bed and the second 3 90cm beds).


Surroundings: the Holiday cottage is ideally located on the Côtes du Rhône Wine Route, close to famous appellations, where you can discover wine cellars, wineries and typical Provence hilltop villages.
