Just 800 meters from the heart of Pernes-les-Fontaines, a charming village in the Comtat Venaissin region renowned for its 41 fountains, this pleasant bungalow welcomes you to a peaceful and idyllic setting. Located 100 meters from the Via Venaissia, it is an ideal starting point for cyclists and hikers.

Shaded by a majestic 200-year-old linden tree, the semi-detached house—which is attached to the owner’s home—features a completely separate entrance with an electric gate and secure private parking. With no neighbors directly across the way, you’ll enjoy a fenced-in, shaded garden featuring a lounge area, a charcoal grill, a gas plancha, and a furnished patio. A bright sunroom also offers a pleasant space for dining and relaxing in any season.

The interior consists of a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, pod and filter coffee makers) and a sitting area featuring a sofa, an armchair, a TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and Wi-Fi. You’ll have access to a bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.

The sleeping area includes one bedroom with two 90 × 190 cm beds and a second bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed that opens directly onto the terrace. Fans are available for your use. Bed linen and towels are provided; end-of-stay cleaning is an additional charge.

Pets are welcome and will be well taken care of, with food bowls, treats, and poop bags provided for them. Ideally located, the house is just 10 km from L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, famous for its antique shops and flea markets, and 20 km from the Avignon Festival.
