Let yourself be charmed by this delightful home nestled in the village of Villes-sur-Auzon, offering breathtaking views from the terrace and Piscine of Mont Ventoux, the old village, and its church. A true haven at the foot of the Giant of Provence, it combines modern comfort with the laid-back Provençal lifestyle.

Accessible via a separate entrance secured by a gate, the property features a fully enclosed gravel courtyard with covered parking for two vehicles. Outside, the private, fenced-in Piscine, the lounge area, and the outdoor kitchen with a plancha grill invite you to fully enjoy the long, sunny days.

On the ground floor, a cozy bedroom with two 90 × 190 cm beds is accompanied by a kitchenette equipped with a sink, a coffee maker, and a kettle. A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer, complete this level.

The first floor is the heart of the home, featuring a light-filled living room with refined décor—often designed and created by Caroline, your host—that combines a built-in, well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher…), a comfortable living area with a corner sofa, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood pellet stove (pellets included) for cooler evenings. The adjoining Tropézienne-style terrace, furnished with outdoor seating, offers an exceptional panoramic view of Mont Ventoux and the village.

On the second floor, there are two cozy and spacious bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds. A small bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet ensure everyone’s comfort.

All rooms are air-conditioned. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay housekeeping are included so you can fully enjoy your stay. An ideal haven of peace for hiking enthusiasts and cyclists who have come to take on the challenge of Mont Ventoux.

A cleaning deposit will be required and refunded at the end of your stay, depending on the condition of the house.
